Banibeans is dedicated to ethical and sustainable production, supporting growers who practice fair methods. Luka specializes in light roasting to preserve the unique flavors of each coffee cherry, ensuring a smooth, never-bitter coffee experience. Every roast is crafted with care and responsibility.

Črno Zrno

Alex is a Colombian living in Ljubljana. He is an architect, philosopher, has a master’s degree in urban planning - and he makes fantastic coffee. He opened Črno Zrno in March 2017 to bring single grower coffee directly sourced from his native Colombia to be freshly roasted and prepared for the many tourists and regular locals passing through Ljubljana’s city center.
